Job Description
A true operational relay, you supervise the kitchen brigade, the service and the pass, while ensuring the excellence of the services offered to our clientele. You actively participate in the preparation of dishes, the development of menus, adherence to quality standards and the development of staff. You ensure the setup of workstations, the quality control of dishes, the strict application of HACCP standards as well as coordination with the various hotel departments. You also contribute to the creation of technical sheets, cost monitoring, yield tests and optimisation of raw materials in collaboration with the purchasing teams.
Profile SoughtYou hold a professional qualification in cooking and have proven experience in a high-end establishment, ideally within a prestigious hotel environment. A natural leader, you have already demonstrated your skills in supervising, training and motivating a brigade. Organised, creative and with an excellent sense of responsibility, you know how to manage priorities effectively and maintain your composure during busy periods. You master the challenges related to cost management and ideally know the FuturLog software. Your professional rigour, attention to detail and ability to pass on your know-how allow you to contribute sustainably to the performance of an ambitious team.
