Your impact in this role
You ensure the operation and lifecycle management of Sonic Suisse ERP systems, including daily operations, support, optimisations and projects.
In this capacity you are responsible for;
- Defining and implementing new requirements and processes with business users,
- Understanding business needs and processes,
- Translating and implementing business needs into IT solutions (ERP),
- Managing process changes with business users,
- Leading or participating in ERP projects, coordinating tasks with other IT teams, defining, implementing and managing interfaces with other applications or processes,
- Providing level 2/3 support to end users.
Your background and expertise
Technical skills;
- Good knowledge of the ABACUS ERP system (ABAReports / BPE is a plus),
- Understanding of financial or supply chain processes,
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases; an asset,
- General knowledge of application development,
- Native French or German speaker + English: ability to participate in and lead meetings, written communication (emails) and documentation (processes, guidelines, SOPs, etc.).
- Team spirit and communication: communicates with empathy, mutual respect and a diplomatic approach in all circumstances,
- Able to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience,
- Solution-oriented: demonstrates good analytical skills, lateral thinking and acts as a driver of change,
- Attention to detail: ensures accuracy of procedures and documentation,
