HYDRO Exploitation SA is a leading service provider mainly active in the operation and maintenance of electrical production facilities. Under one roof, we bring together all the specific skills related to our profession, from maintenance staff to engineering.

We operate a portfolio of facilities including more than 40 hydroelectric power plants with an installed capacity of about 22% of the Swiss hydroelectric fleet (25% including pumped storage). Together, these facilities produce nearly 16% of Swiss hydroelectric energy.

Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer high value-added services that meet the varied needs of our clients as well as the most demanding quality standards. Our service portfolio is aimed at electrical companies, public authorities, transport companies, and industries. We are mainly active in Switzerland and occasionally operate abroad.

Back-Office Assistant (60-100%)

Workplace: Sion

Your mission:

You participate in promoting services, drafting and following up on offers until order receipt.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales support
  • Participate in drafting service offers and ensure their follow-up and administrative management
  • Ensure regular updating of client documentation
  • Conduct research on public tender platforms
  • Prepare statistical reports and commercial indicators
  • Provide support to Account Managers and salespeople
  • Participate in organising promotional events for our services

Your skills:

  • Experienced commercial employee with good technical knowledge
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a service or industrial company
  • Experience in preparing commercial offers, especially responses to public tender dossiers
  • Good stress resistance, rigour, good organisation and ability to meet deadlines
  • Very good command of MS Office tools
  • Good knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and SAP is a plus
  • Native French or German speaker with excellent oral and written knowledge of the other language. Good knowledge of English is a plus
