We are looking for an MDM system engineer (ICT System Engineer) with skills in the implementation processes of MS Azure, Intune, MDT Autopilot and GPO, with knowledge of DevOps, Git and GitOps approaches applied to modern Microsoft environments.
The main tasks are as follows:
- Set up and maintain workstation management tools (PCs, printers as well as any device composing the user environment)
- Automate the deployment of PCs and mobile devices, including OS updates
- Participate in the industrialisation and automation of workstation management processes via DevOps and GitOps approaches
- Manage and version scripts, configurations and automation processes via Git
- Write complete technical and operational documentation for the areas under your responsibility
- Handle N3 support and the evolution of the deployment platform based on Microsoft products (SCCM, Intune, etc.) and ensure its proper functioning and scalability, while respecting security standards
- Provide third-line support for incidents
- Monitor the missions and projects assigned to you
- Participate in the design of application projects in collaboration with ICT architects
- Keep up to date with technology to identify new solutions to counter technological obsolescence
Assignment to the "User Environment" sector, reporting to the sector head.
- Completed higher education in the IT field (University of Applied Sciences, university, ETH or ES) or equivalent training
- Excellent organisational skills and methodical work approach
- Good knowledge of ITIL and/or HERMES processes, preferably with certification
- Experience in industrialising and automating processes for transfer to level 1 and 2 teams
- Experience in environments with more than 5,000 users
- Good command of PowerShell scripting language
- Good knowledge of Git tools and DevOps / GitOps principles
- Experience in automating and industrialising modern Microsoft environments
- Recent Microsoft certifications and accreditations
- Autonomous personality, with good analytical and synthesis skills, great adaptability and stress resistance
- Good communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Team spirit, loyalty, autonomy
- Interest in public service
- May be required to be on call
- Fluency in French with good writing skills and good knowledge of technical English. Knowledge of the second official language of the canton of Fribourg is an advantage
