The Nursing Directorate embodies the authority in nursing matters. Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment. To this end, the Nursing Directorate oversees all nursing activities (nurses and various health professional groups). To fulfil its mission, it relies on three areas of expertise: quality, sustainability and digital innovation; clinical expertise and professional practices; management and transformation.
You ensure hospital and outpatient care for patients followed in primary care, medicine and oncology by providing a careful, structured approach tailored to individual needs. You also provide specific nutritional care for both acute care and chronic diseases.
You contribute to the harmonisation of care practices by ensuring compliance with recommendations issued by expert societies and actively participating in the continuous improvement of care quality. You work closely with the specialised multidisciplinary team and take part in clinical and functional meetings to support a coordinated and coherent approach around the patient group.
When necessary, you cover for colleagues in other acute care units, ensuring continuity and quality of services. Finally, you actively contribute to the training of students and health professionals.
