In this management role, you adopt an entrepreneurial vision and act proactively and service-oriented. As a manager at ISS, you lead employees, are the first point of contact for clients, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest quality level. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and customer satisfaction.
Your tasks:
- Leading and supervising special cleaning and maintenance teams
- Conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Managing stock, ordering cleaning materials (equipment and consumables), and handling inventories
- Regular contact with the client
- Service coordination meetings
- Managing and monitoring cleaning-related projects
- Financial monitoring of the activity
Your profile:
- Trained in the field of cleanliness and cleaning (CFC or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of special works (carpet washing, façade window cleaning, floor stripping and impregnation)
- Several years of experience in a similar role involving active management of cleaning teams
- Comfortable with IT, especially Excel
- Good command of spoken and written French
- Sense of responsibility
- Helpful with a strong customer orientation
- Autonomous, discreet, and with a well-developed team spirit
- Good organisational skills and good stress resistance
- High adaptability
- Driving licence required
