Building Draughtsman 50-80% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical plans using CAD software, notably AutoCAD
• Produce execution plans according to current industry standards
• Prepare planning application dossiers and ensure their regulatory compliance
• Carry out precise surveys of existing buildings for modelling purposes
• Update and adapt plans according to project developments
• Manage and monitor technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with architects and various project stakeholders (without site supervision)

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma as Building Draughtsman
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
• Excellent command of AutoCAD and good knowledge of sector standards
• Strong skills in developing plans and execution drawings
• Meticulousness, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
