We are looking for one of our clients for a bilingual French - English Administrative Assistant.

Your mission:

  • Ensure the follow-up of ongoing files and projects.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Prepare and format various documents: commercial offers, reports, presentations, etc.
  • Organise diaries, schedule meetings and write minutes.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails and correspondence.

Your profile:

  • You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent diploma.
  • You have perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • You know how to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools and office software.
