• Ensure the complete accounting (clients, suppliers and general) as well as payment follow-up
• Ensure invoicing and accounting reconciliations
• Manage debtors and follow up on litigation files
• Manage administrative work time (Mobatime)
• Actively participate in monthly and annual closings
• Prepare VAT returns
• Contribute to controlling activities, financial analyses and monitoring of indicators
• Invoicing
• Participate in budget and forecast preparation

• Ensure filing and archiving of accounting documents

Profile sought

• Training in accounting (CFC commercial employee with accounting experience, accounting certificate or equivalent continuing education)
• Proven experience in autonomous accounting (closings and VAT a significant asset)
• Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
• Perfect command of French
• Good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) and/or Swiss German
