Your mission: Processing and monitoring of routes according to geographical, ecological, and economic criteria. Order data management and managing the team of drivers for all types of waste collection routes. Compliance with internal and external regulations, particularly regarding the working hours and rest periods of professional drivers according to service call-out throughout the year. Various tasks related to working with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction. Your profile: Professional experience in Switzerland of at least 2 years as a dispatcher or heavy truck driver in the construction field. Solution-oriented work approach, self-reliant, and good stress management. A willing, conscientious, meticulous, versatile personality with a sense of responsibility. Good geographical knowledge of the Lausanne region, Lavaux, and the Riviera-Chablais. Living in the area. French speaker or excellent written and oral proficiency. Good command of MS Office, knowledge of A3 software is a plus; experience in crane truck transport is an asset.
