The Vaud Lung League (LPV), a non-profit organization, is a major player in the Vaud socio-sanitary system, committed to the prevention, support, and care of lung diseases. In a context of change and development, the Committee is looking for its future Director (80–100%) starting January 1st.We are looking for a personality meeting the following profile:Proactive, your vision, your excellent understanding of the Swiss health system, and your management skills allow you to lead the institution in its development and ensure its coherence. You ensure the implementation of strategies defined by the Committee and ensure overall performance, quality of services, and regulatory compliance. You mobilize and support a multidisciplinary management team, promote collaboration, synergies, alignment of actions, and support collective dynamics.Comfortable in complex environments, you have confirmed experience in team management, financial and budgetary management, as well as in change management. An excellent communicator, you represent the LPV before authorities, institutional partners, and actors in the health network, actively contributing to its influence.This position is aimed at people holding a university degree (Master's or equivalent title), supplemented by training in management and/or governance of socio-sanitary institutions. It also requires proven experience in a leadership role.
