Vaud Céréales SA, a subsidiary of LANDI Nord vaudois-Venoge SA and LANDI La Côte SA, operates 6 grain collection centers in the canton of Vaud. It handles approximately tons of grains and oilseeds produced by more than 700 partner farmers each year. Director (m/f/d)Your tasks:- Ensure the management of Vaud Céréales SA and guarantee the economic success of the company, in accordance with the objectives defined by the Board, and oversee site managers as well as ensure efficient management of human, financial, and company resources.- Lead all activities related to collection, storage, logistics, and collaborate in the marketing of grains and oilseeds while respecting legal requirements and maintaining regular and transparent contact with farmers and key partners of the company to ensure sustainable trust.- Regularly inform the Board about current affairs and specific issues.- Develop, plan, and implement investment and development projects.- Represent the company with partners, professionals, and various stakeholders in the agricultural or milling sectors, ideally complemented by a strong local network.- Good knowledge of the local context, markets, and specifics of the grain and oilseed sectors.- Experience in leading teams, with the ability to unite them around common goals.- Comfortable with tools as well as willing to engage on the ground during peak activity periods. - Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent analytical skills, and demonstrated strong decision-making ability.- Excellent oral and written command of French, good knowledge of German is an advantage.We offer you a position serving farmers that allows for personal growth within a dynamic company and team.
