Role - Define, implement, and maintain standards, tools, and best practices for DevSecOps. - Design, industrialize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps. - Orchestrate and secure environments (dev, test, preprod, prod) and delivery processes. - Standardize workflows and scripts to maximize reliability and ensure consistent development environments aligned with the SDLC. - Support project teams in continuous integration and delivery, providing expert support. - Ensure DevSecOps monitoring, propose improvements, and optimize development and delivery processes. - Document standards, procedures, pipelines, architecture diagrams, and write post-mortems.Profile - Confirmed/senior DevOps Engineer, a reference role. - Mastery of Build & Release pipelines on Azure DevOps (artifacts, agents, advance in quality/security controls (SonarQube, Snyk or equivalents, linting, vulnerability scans, policy as code). - Good knowledge of artifact registries (Harbor or equivalent private registry). - Solid experience in managing parameters and secrets in hybrid Cloud/On-Prem environments. - Knowledge of secrets management tools (Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, SOPS, etc.). - Excellent mastery of GitOps for infrastructure as code and data governance. - Mastery of GitOps tools, ArgoCD and Helm, deployment strategies (Canary, Blue-Green, Rolling). - Ability to train and evangelize best DevSecOps practices and work transversely with other teams.
