Deputy Director of the Technology and Industry Division of CPNE at 80% CPNE100 Service for Professional Training (SFPO) - Neuchâtel Professional Center (CPNE) The CPNE is the reference actor for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We provide training and support at various levels of initial, higher, and continuing professional education. Your missions As a member of the management team, you support the director in conducting activities and monitoring educational tasks and the operation of the CPNE. You are responsible for managing the sector dedicated to higher education (higher schools-ES). In this capacity, you implement the plans and organize the school year in coordination with the supervisors, oversee the teaching staff (approximately 30 people), participate in recruitment procedures, assist individuals in organizing both admission and training procedures, and establish and monitor budgets while considering the set constraints. You ensure awareness of the evolution of technologies and industries to guarantee quality education meeting labor market needs. You carry out your activities in compliance with the directives and processes defined in the Quality Environment Safety (QES) system while collaborating in its development. You complement your role as deputy director by taking on a teaching load that may go up to a maximum of a full-time position, including the direction function. Profile Holder of a HES-level qualification in a technical field, supplemented by a diploma for teaching in professional education, you have solid knowledge of the system. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are autonomous, and can carry out your missions with rigor, even in challenging situations. Additionally, you have a very good level of French, demonstrate great ease, and can integrate seamlessly into a management team. Oral comprehension and expression in German are an advantage for this position. To enhance your skills, you are willing to undertake training directed towards institutional management (FORDIF) while living in Switzerland in accordance with legal requirements for holders of this position.
