HUG is recruiting their new HR Assistant or Deputy Director responsible for the health and quality of work life division - 100%.In this role, you will lead the institutional policy dedicated to health and quality of work life (SQVT) and assume the role of referent on these matters, as well as on absence prevention and management. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will be an active member of the HR management committee and contribute to the definition and implementation of the overall strategy. You will ensure the coherence of projects, alignment with institutional objectives, and facilitate smooth communication with all partners. You should have prior experience in absence prevention and management. Leading a division that includes occupational health services, quality of work life, and daycare facilities, you will define and deploy concrete policies and action plans to prevent absences and promote a healthy, respectful work environment conducive to everyone's development. You will design and implement measures to prevent professional and psychosocial risks, ensuring a solid and sustainable framework. You will animate multidisciplinary working groups to improve institutional responses to absence challenges and actively contribute by placing the human dimension at the heart of your initiatives. As the head of the QVT service, you will also be responsible for overseeing the support and assistance system, which offers individual and collective programs to prevent conflicts and facilitate changes within teams. With a focus on continuous recognition, you will define a framework for the management of personnel and the establishment of innovative institutional practices.Recognized for your leadership, you will manage your teams by relying on the expertise of service managers and fostering collaboration and synergy. You base your decisions on data while establishing management and performance monitoring tools, ensuring effective and goal-oriented management. You hold a Master’s degree (psychology, social sciences, economics, or equivalent), supplemented by ongoing training in human resources, management, and project management. With at least 10 years of experience in complex environments and responsible roles, you have progressed in the public sector and/or healthcare and developed a confirmed expertise in health and quality of life, with ethics and authenticity marking your professional conduct. You demonstrate sincere and non-judgmental listening, and your leadership style allows you to involve your teams and partners in decision-making processes. This approach helps you analyze the environment systematically, articulate a clear vision, and make decisions contributing to institutional objectives.
