## Job Description ##

**Reporting & Analysis**

* Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
* Analyse invoicing data to identify value-creation levers and recommend profitability-enhancing strategies.
* Conduct benchmarking exercises and run simulations to assess the impact of different tariff scenarios.
* Present findings to relevant internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.



**Stakeholder Management**

* Lead periodic review meetings with central teams to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
* Maintain continuous communication with international operational teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and proper implementation of procedures.



**Process & Continuous Improvement**

* Work hand-in-hand with technical/IT teams to enhance tools, improve data quality and optimize operational workflows.
* Prioritize required enhancements, monitor implementation progress, and support change adoption.



**Team Collaboration**

* Coordinate with different regional teams to align strategies, share best practices and ensure seamless execution.

* Strong ability to interpret complex performance trends and propose actionable solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working in multinational environments.
