Our client is an international organisation operating in a complex, multi-country environment, with established supply chain and planning processes across the EMEA region.

## Job Description ##

* Manage and consolidate demand forecasts at regional level
* Lead the monthly demand planning cycle in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance
* Analyse forecast accuracy, bias and demand variances
* Challenge country inputs and ensure data consistency
* Provide demand insights to support S&OP discussions
* Support allocation and prioritisation in case of supply constraints
* Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Previous experience in Demand Planning within an international environment
* Good understanding of S&OP and forecasting principles
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
* Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
* Advanced Excel skills; ERP or planning tools experience is a plus
* Fluent in English
