For our department in our Lausanne branch, we are looking for a: Specialist (m/f) Your challenges Define the overall architecture of the Warehouse, choose technologies, and document development and management standards of the DWH Implement quality controls and correction processes and oversee data quality processes (checks, monitoring, correction) Lead the implementation of the DWH and ensure its availability and performance Optimize data flows (ETL/ELT), keep up with technological advancements, and suggest appropriate developments Optimize query performance and data flows Collaborate with BI teams, Science, and business units to meet analytical needs Your talents You hold a degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent You have a confirmed experience of 5 years in Warehouse architecture or Engineering You have experience in establishing documentary standards and data quality processes and in project management with BI/Analytics teams You master Warehouse concepts and possess skills in SQL queries and performance tuning You are very good and have a good team spirit, appreciate and promote teamwork, and are able to work autonomously with a sense of priorities You are rigorous, organized, detail-oriented, and have a global perspective Our advantages 40-hour work week (100%) Minimum 5 weeks of vacation Possibility of monthly reimbursement for travel expenses if social transport subscription, and significant discounts on health insurance Welcome internal entry: Immediately or as agreed Activity rate: 100% Workplace: Lausanne Type of contract: Permanent jidd0a856daen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
