The Vaud Municipalities Association (UCV) is offering a position for a Project Manager. The main mission of the Project Manager will be to set up a shared service desk for Vaud municipalities, specifically the implementation of the project: He/She will be responsible for coordinating the technical, legal, and financial aspects for the centralized establishment of the portal (architecture, hosting). In addition to the service desk, he/she will need to ensure the development for the hundred municipalities. In a second phase, he/she will be responsible for the deployment and progressive implementation of the service desk and related activities concerning the municipalities, which will be REQUIRED. A HES bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a professional experience of 8 to 10 years is required. Confirmed experience in project management and knowledge of the iGovPortal solution is a plus.
