Apprentice Customer Agent MAIN MISSIONS During your 3-year apprenticeship at the call center, you will be supervised by an in-company trainer and trained by several specialists to ensure the link between the cantonal tax office and taxpayers. Through various communication channels (phone, email, web, mail, interactive voice service, etc.), you will provide answers to your interlocutors' questions and concerns in a personalized manner. During your internship, you will conduct various types of interviews over the phone depending on the assigned tasks.
