**CRM - Commercial Process Senior Specialist**

**THE POSITION**

As key contributor of the Global CRM Team, in close collaboration with CRM Leaders & directly report to the Functional Team Leader, support the business transformation of -MSC Cargo- Global Commercial CRM across the markets - focusing on the business solution functional design & improvements.

**YOUR IMPACT**

* Work with the markets analysing their specific commercial needs, to ensure CRM solution enabling the success of the Global Commercial program, and finally impact positively commercial activities in 140+ countries
* Be the functional partner to the CRM cross-team of Commercial SME, Process, Product and Change Management professionals to ensure proper CRM Commercial solution implementation (time and quality)
* Co-lead workshops with each agencies to define their specific functional needs
* Manage post go live sessions to discover solution evolutions, execute specific business & solution deep dive & identify out of the box solutions based on Dynamics opportunities
* Support where needed Change Management team in their regular engagement with agency project stakeholders, to ensure alignment and constant buy-in of the designed way of working





 

**YOUR BACKGROUND**

* Degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar
* Min. 4 years relevant experience in a similar or related roles (e.g. CRM business implementation roles, shipping customer support processes)
* Min. 3 years of qualified experience with CRM implementations
* Top notch communication skills and business intuit, to ensure alignment and buy-in form all the involved stakeholders
* Experience in tier-1 consulting firms (nice to have)
* Experience in the Logistic / Shipping Industry (nice to have)
* Proficiency in English
