Raiffeisen Bank of Lavaux, a growing bank well-established in the region, is looking for a:Credit OfficerRate: 60%-80%As a Credit Officer, you are a key player in managing credit risk and the quality of credit decisions. You act in close collaboration with the Front Office to ensure rigorous analyses that comply with regulatory requirements.What are your main missions:- Evaluate, analyze, and decide on credit applications within the scope of your authority- Identify credit risks and propose adapted solutions- Provide solutions for handling complex files- Ensure compliance with internal standards, financing guidelines, and regulatory requirements- Ensure the monitoring and control of credit files (conditions, positions, file quality)- Contribute to the quality and consistency of credit-related data (IRB)- Participate in the dissemination of best practices and technical support for Front and Back office teamsWhat do you bring?- Completed banking profile- Confirmed experience in the credit field, in a Swiss bank- Good command of financing file analysis and credit risk- Knowledge of mortgage financing; experience in corporate credit is an asset- Analytical skills, rigor, and critical thinking- Ability to make decisions autonomously in collaboration with various stakeholders (Front / Back office)- Sense of responsibility and excellent communication skillsIn Switzerland, we work in a friendly environmentOur values are our pillars.
