Cook at 80% (M/F) Located in the Pays-d'Enhaut region, our organization offers care and support to anyone regarding their mental health, within various medico-social establishments (EPSM X). We currently host 96 beneficiaries-residents and rely on the skills of 135 to complete our kitchen service, which is centralized in Château-d'Oex. We are looking for a Cook at 80% (M/F). Commitment: fixed-term from [date] to [date] (Possibility of evolution to an indefinite duration). Desired profile: CFC as a cook or an equivalent title. Excellent knowledge of HACCP. Proven experience in an institution, one in pastry, a focus on homemade cooking, despite dietary requirements. Sense of priorities and rigor in respecting work procedures. A sense of teamwork. Responsible, flexible, dynamic, and motivated. Good knowledge of French. Friendly and pleasant contact with beneficiaries-residents. Clean criminal record.
