As part of strengthening my client's industrial activities, we are looking for a Designer / Project Manager for a dynamic company active in an industrial environment. We are looking for a dynamic and committed Designer / Project Manager with a real ability to move things forward, facilitate discussions, and manage tooling development projects.Main activities:- Design of plans, 3D models, and technical files on SolidWorks.- Design and development of stamping tooling, assembly tools, and technical solutions.- Complete mechanical studies, calculations, and technical choices.- Support for production during the development and adjustment phases of tools.- Management of industrial projects from A to Z: needs analysis, monitoring, coordination of exchanges between methods, quality, suppliers, and internal clients.- Ability to move files forward, unblock situations, and ensure clear progress.- Regular reporting and field management.- Regular presence on the field: tests, checks, fine understanding of constraints, and direct interaction with adjusters, toolmakers, and specialists.Technical expertise:- Solid knowledge of general mechanics and/or micro-mechanics.- Understanding of tool wear phenomena and materials (spec. stamping).- Experience in design and engineer or technician profile in mechanics, micro-technology, or equivalent.- Mastery of SolidWorks (essential).- Confirmed experience in tool construction and ability to communicate, convince, and move projects forward.- Proactive, structured, solution-oriented person in an industrial environment.What we offer:- A modern, rewarding, and evolving industrial environment.- We use cutting-edge technologies and value technical excellence as well as team spirit.- Flexible working hours and conditions favoring work-life balance. jidf5c1e6caen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
