(Software Development 75% & Junior IT Support (Software Development 75% & IT Support 25%) About us We are an SME in the canton of Vaud, consisting of about ten employees spread across two sites. In a context of continuous improvement of our internal processes (traceability, production management, internal logistics), we are developing an internal ERP software intended to support and optimize our operations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a candidate mainly focused on software development, with a limited and clearly defined aspect of IT support. Your mission 1. Internal software development (approx. 75%) You will actively participate in the design, development, and evolution of an internal ERP, alongside a technical lead who will provide technical supervision and guide architectural choices. - Analysis and understanding of business needs (sales, production, logistics) - Contribution to the functional and technical design of the ERP - Development and enhancement of existing modules (sales, orders, inventory, traceability, etc.) - Backend/frontend development (full stack) - Design, management, and optimization of databases - Testing, corrective and evolutionary maintenance - Gradual implementation of the ERP within internal processes - Regular interaction with users to refine functionalities 2. IT Support & management of the equipment (approx. 25%) A limited and planned portion of your work will be dedicated to internal IT support: - First-level support for a team of about 10 - Maintenance and renewal of workstations - Simple troubleshooting of internal software and tools - Monitoring of the network, systems, and security - IT administration and implementation of best practices Profile Technical skills - In IT or related fields (CFC HES, Bachelor's degree or equivalent) - Good foundation in software development (minimum one year of experience) - Technologies used: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Knowledge of first-level IT support (Windows/Mac, Office 365, networking concepts) Other skills - Strong interest in SME environments and concrete projects - Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly - Ease in contact with end users - Autonomy, initiative, and ability to propose solutions - Very good command of French and English (German is a plus) - Initial experience in development (internship, HES project, CFC or personal project) What we offer - A key role in the functioning of an SME - The opportunity to participate in the development of a business software from A to Z - Technical supervision suited for a junior profile - Concrete responsibilities and a direct impact on operations - A human, flexible, and stable working environment - A strong learning curve and real opportunities for evolution - Conditions adapted to the Vaud market for a junior position Conditions - Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon - Activity rate: 100% - Position based on-site (no remote work) Please send us your application: - Your CV - A cover letter jid7879bf3aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
