The City of Geneva is offering several positions for: Apprentice in CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency). Your mission During your apprenticeship, you will need to: - Provide IT support: be the central point of contact and assist in case of incidents, - Install and configure devices (printers, tablets, smartphones, and various peripherals), - Collaborate with professionals to solve technical problems, - Train and support users in digital tools.
