Assistants in Care and Community Health at 80% FoehnThe Nant organization oversees all public health care in the eastern Vaud region. It undertakes public health functions at the request of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, including children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. These services are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant organization is a member of the Vaud Hospitals Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis through its history, the Nant organization currently recognizes itself in contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision unfolds through its services and its openness to others. In the context of a new unit, the Nant organization is recruiting several positions in our adult unit (UH FOEHN), as Assistants in Care and Community Health at 80%.THE MISSIONThe assistants in Care and Community Health (ASSC) in the Foehn hospital unit are tasked with ensuring the required care for each patient as part of a team. WE OFFERThe Nant organization is a private institution recognized as being of public interest, tasked with organizing and providing care in the eastern Vaud region. The adult psychotherapy and counseling service (SPPA) is one of three services of the adult hospital unit which includes five divisions, among which Foehn can accommodate up to 9 individuals aged 18 to 65, suffering from severe disorders, in a community program. This position involves liaising between internal and external partners and requires close work with them. It is also a unique opportunity to participate in the co-construction of care projects in the adult sector of eastern Vaud. WE ARE LOOKING FORPeople holding a CFC in care and community health (or an equivalent qualification) with experience. Additionally, the ability to be at the service of colleagues and the institution is important for working as an ASSC within Foehn. We are also looking for dynamic individuals who enjoy contributing to projects and are ready to embark on a challenging adventure!
