To complement our team at the Vionnaz (Valais) site, we are recruiting a CNC Manager.Your mission:- Meet deadlines for production rhythms and daily outputs in accordance with the planning- Manage staffing, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the teams- Ensure compliance with SMQ guidelines in the context of sourcing tools and production accessories specific to the machines and follow up on process developments- Manage the follow-up and assessment of personnel in collaboration with Human ResourcesYour profile:- Degree in engineering or a similar field, good knowledge in the connectivity area- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in an industrial company- Mastery of quality tools and problem-solving techniques- Proficient in tools (Microsoft Office, ISO G-code machines)- Knowledge of Swiss nano machines appreciated- Customer-oriented, analytical mindset- Team spirit and very good communication skills- Autonomous, flexible, proactive- Hands-on approach- Languages: French, EnglishHas this opportunity caught your interest?
