Main mission:Program series and prototypes that you will then set up on CNC machining centers, 3 and 5 axis, for the manufacturing of watch movement components, ensuring dimensional conformity, micrometric tolerances, and production rates.Responsibilities:Program using the software, set up CNC machines with Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Beckhoff controls (axis settings, tool corrections, feed rates, cutting parameters), and independently launch production series. Perform dimensional self-checks (calipers, three-dimensional machines) and correct deviations in real-time. Ensure level 1 maintenance (tool changes, cleaning, and reporting malfunctions to maintenance technicians). Optimize cycle times and contribute to the continuous improvement of machining processes with programmers and methods. Guarantee the traceability of productions (routings, tracking sheets, quality records).Desired profile:Confirmed experience with Alphacam. Expertise in setting and operating CNC milling machines, 3 and 5 axis, on movement components (small series, prototype, high precision). In-depth knowledge of machining centers, with an advantage for Willemin Macodel, Bumotec, and GF HSM (settings, setups, quick changes). Degree in micromechanics or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in watchmaking CNC. Meticulous, rigorous, and able to work independently as well as part of a technical team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
