Maintenance Technician in Charge of Customer ServiceYour missionUnder the direct responsibility of the activity manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating and (HVAC) systems. Beyond interventions, you will be proactive and contribute actively to the operation, performance, and quality of service in your areas of intervention. Mobile and autonomous, you will work independently on maintenance tasks in varied environments: residential, tertiary, and perform preventive maintenance while including troubleshooting and on-call service, all while ensuring that you deliver quality service. With your solid knowledge in heating and HVAC, you are capable of analyzing issues, proposing relevant solutions, and intervening effectively, while respecting safety and quality standards. Like an intrapreneur, you will keep your schedule up to date and draft your own documents, manage your client portfolio, organize your planning, prepare your quotes, and ensure rigorous follow-up of your tasks.
