You check the entitlement to benefits, clarify open questions, coordinate with various partners (especially employers and disability insurance), and prepare sick leave statements. Customer orientation in daily work: You competently and efficiently advise insured persons, employers, and individuals. Networked work: You maintain internal and external collaboration, ensuring coordinated processing of sick leave cases. You bring: Expertise & education: You have a commercial or equivalent basic education. Experience in X is an advantage. Further training as a social insurance specialist is a plus. Language skills: You communicate confidently in German. In addition, you have good knowledge of French (at least level B1). Additional languages are a plus. Structured work: You work in a structured, reliable manner and also keep an overview even with a high number of cases.
