For one of our clients based in the canton of Valais, we are actively looking for a Team Leader in building and civil engineering. TEAM LEADER IN CIVIL ENGINEERING H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Supervising a small team on a daily basis, managing work and task distribution Reading plans Monitoring the progress of works (building and civil engineering) and strict compliance with safety standards (SUVA) Interface with the site supervisor / project manager (on-site position) PROFILE In the field of building, civil engineering or equivalent Experience as a team leader Strong experience in civil engineering and/or major works Ability to supervise, motivate and unite a team Good command of plan reading Sense of responsibility and autonomy Driving license essential Fluent in French (Portuguese or another language = a plus) jidff88aaeaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
