Over 500 employees based in the Jura Arc participate in the development and assembly of advanced microtechnical solutions for various sectors including medical technology, watchmaking, and astronomy. To strengthen the management team, we are looking for the future Chief Financial Officer – CFO (m/f). As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the areas of finance and accounting, management control, and liquidity management. Your tasks include financial accounting, cash management, and overseeing investments and budgeting. When necessary, you will develop appropriate management control tools and establish key metrics to support the members of management, the CEO, and the board. You possess the necessary skills to understand complex development processes and supply chains and translate them into effective financial processes. Additionally, you will lead projects and other special initiatives. You will competently lead your teams with an objective-oriented perspective and communicate effectively at all levels. To succeed in this role, you hold a degree in economics (university/HES), have several years of professional experience in the industrial sector, and are proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or MS X&O. Furthermore, you have successfully applied your knowledge of accounting principles in accordance with Swiss GAAP RPC or IFRS, as well as your in-depth expertise in finance. A good command of English is essential to communicate confidently within the group in an international environment. Proficiency in German is desirable and will be an asset. A personality with an entrepreneurial spirit, social skills, flexibility, stress resistance, loyalty, and assertiveness will find the ideal challenge in this position. Reliability, precision in work, as well as analytical and conceptual skills are equally important to you.
