Ease and customer service skills, ability to advise customers on the choice and preparation of meats Packaging of homemade products: sausages, pâtés, terrines, beef Wellington Prepare meat, spices, and additives, apply recipes for charcuterie Make terrines and pâtés in crust Prepare cured meats (dried meat, bacon, ham, regional specialties), smoke, dry, or cook the product to give it a particular flavor.
