To strengthen our P&C department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a specialist in corporate liability underwriting & surety.What you will do:- Analyze the risks, activities, contractual and financial stability of our insured clients, and the legal and financial impact in terms of liability and surety insurance coverage.- Autonomous underwriting, while respecting competencies and ensuring profitable growth and exposure management.- Define maximum exposure limits, particularly in terms of surety risks.- Draft and review contractual clauses in compliance with current laws and standards.- Control certain delegated underwriting activities (internal X system).- Monitor regulatory developments and legal changes impacting the sector.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions, underwriting policy, as well as our wordings and guidelines.- Contribute to the success of Vaudoise through your expertise, client orientation, and collaboration with our partners and clients.What you bring:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Swiss law, or equivalent education and experience in a legal or economic field.- Excellent analytical and risk management skills, as well as an aptitude for creativity and tailored solutions.- Confirmed experience in corporate liability insurance, professional liability, and/or surety.- Mastery of corporate risk management principles and tools (internal X system), demonstrating leadership and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.- Rigor and excellent writing skills in French; good knowledge of a second language like Italian is a significant advantage, or German.- Ability to interact autonomously with various stakeholders within the scope of underwriting competencies.You are also committed, organized, conscientious, and comfortable in a dynamic environment while demonstrating autonomy and a keen interest in diverse activities; you are likely the person we are looking for!What we offer:- A healthy work environment in a mutual organization awarded Best Employer.- Multiple social benefits, including flexibility in working hours and numerous discounts with a human-centered approach focused on employee well-being.We look forward to receiving your complete application electronically (including CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas). jid7888027aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
