Excellent knowledge of the Swiss market and its specifics (DE / FR / IT). An existing network in the bodywork ecosystem (body shops, groups, insurers, fleets) would be a big plus. The ability to develop long-term X and convince high-level decision-makers. Comfortable with selling value-added solutions (products + services + support). Strong closing skills and management of analytical commercial projects, results-oriented with a real culture of numbers, margins, and performance. Autonomous, structured, proactive, with an excellent sense of priorities and comfort in a multicultural and multilingual environment; French and German are required (min. level C1), Italian and/or English are a plus.Your role: Actively develop revenue and profitability in the Swiss bodywork market. Identify, prospect, and convert new clients and partners (body shops, groups, dealerships, fleets, insurers). Build and deploy a sustainable growth plan tailored to regional specifics (DE / FR / IT). Develop and animate highly value-added relationships as a trusted contact with decision-makers and managers of body shops. Design and propose comprehensive solutions combining products, services, and support. Manage complex negotiations and conclude sustainable and balanced agreements. Analyze the market, competition, and trends (electromobility, ADAS, insurer requirements, etc.) to adjust commercial positioning. Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, customer service, logistics). Monitor commercial KPIs, establish reliable forecasts, and report to management.
