- Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets 
- Development and implementation of sales strategies 
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships 
- Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making 
- Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams 
- Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders 
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and beyond: Spain, France, Greece & the Nordics to ensure optimal on-site support 
- Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification 
- Professional experience in Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector – a must 
- Strong hunter mentality: you enjoy acquiring new customers, building networks, and actively developing business opportunities 
- Results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style 
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels 
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities 
- High level of initiative, team spirit, and goal orientation 
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other languages 
- Responsible project role with direct opportunities to shape outcomes
