This is a 100% mission starting in March, planned until the end of the year with a strong possibility of extension. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s documentary and business processes. You will be responsible for analyzing the quality of contractual documents, linking business needs with the testing of document production solutions.Responsibilities:- Perform quality control of insurance documents (general conditions, policies, etc.) and manage quality tests with the testing teams.- Collaborate closely with developers.- Verify the compliance of data mentioned in the documents.- Manage document flows and ensure the presence of necessary clauses.Profile:- University degree (University, HEG) ideally in law, finance, or management, or a junior profile with strong knowledge of the insurance system in Switzerland (pillars, contractual vocabulary).- Proficiency in the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and general ease with tools.- Perfect command of French and good level of English (minimum B2), German is a plus.- Attention to detail, assertive temperament, ability to propose solutions, and strong process spirit.Recruitment process:This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client requests that all questions regarding the position be directed to Academic Work.
