The Disability Insurance Center, based in Vevey, is a competence center whose mission is to train the Disability Offices throughout Switzerland. To complete our team, we are looking to hire a: Bilingual Assistant German-French (80%) Start date: to be determined Salary scale: 5 (Salary scale) Your responsibilities: - Organization and planning of meetings, minute-taking and translations, follow-up of administrative tasks - Management of internal procedural documents, external information: development of the mailing management plan, creation of flyers and newsletters, updating of databases, - Internet and LMS: updating content and managing documents. Management of teachers: - Follow-up on arrivals and departures, management of certifications and digitalization: tracking IT tickets, contribution to the implementation of online courses. Financial management Your profile: - Commercial employee diploma (CFC) and several years of experience in a similar position. - Bilingual German-French or native German/French speaker with excellent skills in the other language (oral and written). - Strong interest in adult education and familiarity with mailing and/or design tools (Brevo, Canva) is an advantage. - Dynamic, organized with an eye for adaptability, enjoyment in teamwork as well as independent work, good skills in prioritization.
