Establishing technical bases for quote preparation (measurements, choice of replacement unit). Report management: Technical preparation of intervention reports before transmission to the after-sales site. Technical management of minor replacement or repair works on call for duty.Your skills: Holder of a vocational certificate in HVAC, electrical engineering, or confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in after-sales service in the HVAC field: Solid knowledge in reading electrical diagrams and frequency setting. Writing skills: Ability to draft clear and precise technical reports for clients. Versatility and responsiveness: Ability to switch from a field role to an office role with agility. Good mastery of common tools. Fluency in French; technical German is a major asset for exchanges with suppliers. Driving license is essential.Who are we?
