It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over individuals of all ages, of which 25% are under 65. As an Assistant(e) in Community Health and Care (ASSC) assigned to a home care team, the ASSC ensures care autonomously, respecting the client's lifestyle habits, beliefs, values, and culture. They work in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional manner, respecting the mission and objectives of the organization.Responsibilities and Duties:- Provide basic care and medical-technical acts delegated by the referring nurse, taking a holistic approach to the client.- Promote the client's health recovery, enhance or maintain their autonomy to enable them to restore, continue, or adapt their lifestyle to stay or return home.- Assess and reassess care needs and take responsibility for referral.- Provide care while respecting the client's lifestyle habits and environment.- Foster and maintain relationships with the community and collaborate with them by determining resources and providing support.Skills and Requirements:- Sense of ethics and respect for others, quality of listening.- Ability to assess the situation and act responsibly.- Stress resistance and physical work capacity.- Ability to work autonomously and in interprofessional collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.- Mobility essential (by bike/ on foot/ by car/ using public transport).What We Offer:At IMAD, we believe that health is vital.
