As an apprentice (CFC and infrastructure), you will learn to: Install, configure and maintain systems (workstations, servers, devices, networks), manage and supervise infrastructures (networks, cloud, security), diagnose and resolve faults or software issues, participate in the implementation of security and backup solutions, provide technical support to internal and external clients, collaborate with IT technicians and engineers on real client projects, contribute to the internal development of tools (scripts, portals, business solutions) and participate in systems and software. Your profile: You are motivated, curious, and passionate about solving technical problems and understanding how systems work. You are organized, meticulous, and comfortable working in a team. You have a good foundation in logic and computing. You are comfortable with digital tools and Windows and/or Linux environments.
