The Vallée de Joux Health Center is an institution that employs 220 people in Sentier. According to a model of integrated care, its missions are hospital, medico-social, and community-oriented. It collaborates closely with local and cantonal health and community network partners. It provides coordinated care and health services. We are looking for an August apprenticeship for a CFC Cook. Main activities: Participate in the preparation of dishes and menus according to the seasons, products, and/or residents, while being mindful of hygiene rules. Apply different cooking methods. Contribute to the ordering process and the quality and quantity control of delivered goods. Qualification: A school leaving certificate or in the process of obtaining it. A strong interest in the hospital field. A sense of responsibility and ease in teamwork. A good ability to manage stress and openness to irregular hours. A sense of rigor and taste.
