IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution for home care in the Canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over individuals of all ages, 25% of whom are under 65. With trained and committed professionals, more than 50 teams deployed throughout the canton, IMAD's mission is to meet the needs of individuals and their desire to remain at home independently while preserving their quality of life during periods of temporary or prolonged fragility. It also contributes to reducing the duration of hospital stays, facilitating return home, and relieving family members. As a company, IMAD invests in training the professionals of tomorrow and is recruiting for the school year apprentices and assistants in community care and health (ASSC) - CFC. Your mission:- Work in a multidisciplinary team with partners in the care network.- Contribute to the care of clients at home.- Communicate with the client and their surroundings.- Participate in assistance tasks.We offer you:- A varied job.- Quality supervision during the 3 years of training.- Mobile tools (smartphone, tablet).Requirements:- Good command of French (spoken and written) - minimum B2.- Minimum age of 18 years (by the start of the school year).- Comfort in human contacts.- Interest in personal care activities.- Good capacity for autonomy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- An internship completed in the socio-health field is an advantage.- Comfort with cycling (including electric bike) is essential.
