Apprentice Network Electrician with Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC)

Overview of your future tasks:

• Install, pull and maintain low and high voltage cable lines;
• Assemble and maintain overhead lines (electric cables suspended by wooden poles);
• Assemble, modify and maintain cable distribution cabinets, transformer or coupling stations;
• Install and maintain public lighting;
• Establish protection devices, grounding and current returns;
• Carry out control measurements and commission installations;
• Perform construction, repair and maintenance work on fibre optic installations under ALTIS mandate;
• Ensure the installation of fibre optic cables by pulling or blowing;
• Prepare the ends and joints of fibre optic cables.

• Willingness to travel frequently
