Your mission Ensure the management of complex production, ensuring their availability, performance, and service quality. Analyze, process, and coordinate the resolution of incidents and problems (Jira), including 3rd-level support. Plan, coordinate, and monitor updates and maintenance (corrective, evolutionary) with technical teams and business stakeholders, including in a simple X form (HERMES methodology). Write, maintain, and evolve the and associated procedures (Confluence). Manage suppliers (monitoring and ensuring a liaison role between technical and business areas, oriented profile). Proven experience in web/CMS X management, ideally in a sensitive or high-exposure environment (seniority) with good incident management skills and N3 support, with ticketing tools like Jira. Knowledge of CMS X technical web basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or equivalent experience in ITIL management appreciated, service orientation, documented rigor; occasional availability possible in the evening or weekend according to the needs of French fluency essential; good understanding of German (oral and written) desired.
