We are now looking for a rare gem to join the Digital team!Product AnalystYou are convinced that a good product analysis starts with impeccable data? You enjoy getting your hands on SQL code to build a clean model as much as analyzing behavior to boost conversion? At QoQa, we are not just looking for someone to make graphs, but a hybrid Product Analyst capable of structuring raw data and giving it meaning. You will join the Product team, at the heart of a modern ecosystem (DBT, Redshift, GTM...), where you will work hand in hand with our Product Owners, our developers, our ML experts, and other Analysts. Your goal? To ensure that our analyses and predictive models rely on reliable data, and to concretely measure their impact because beyond all that, there is QoQa; humor, desire, and drinks are essential for you!Your mission, should you choose to accept it:DBT Architect: You don't just query the Warehouse; you build it. You create, maintain, and document product Marts in DBT. You ensure the quality and reliability of these models by implementing versioning, code review, and appropriate testing. You also participate in setting up alerting and monitoring to guarantee the health of pipelines over the long term.Tracking (Input): You are the guardian of behavioral data. You define tagging plans in GTM and brief Front/Mobile developers to ensure that every useful click is properly captured.Business & Product Analyst (Insights): You exploit this data to answer critical questions: How do our otters behave? Where do they get stuck in the funnel? What is the retention rate of new users?Machine Learning Partner: Alongside ML experts and Product Owners, you ensure that data is available, reliable, and well-defined to feed our models. And most importantly, once the algorithm is launched, you are the one who measures its business success.Data Evangelist: You simplify your analyses to help Product Owners make decisions based on facts, not intuitions.Let's talk about you and your skills:Experience & Fundamentals:You have navigated at least 3 years in the waters of product analytics, ideally at the intersection of Product Analytics and Business Analytics. Skills & Languages:SQL is your native language: You master SQL since your early days. For you, a reproducible analysis passes through a well-tested and documented DBT model. You are comfortable with Git and the development workflow (PR, CI/CD).Python: You feel a kinship with Draco Malfoy as you master the language of Parseltongue (Python) for your advanced analyses.Tracking: In-depth knowledge of tagging tools (Google Tag Manager) and analysis (Google Analytics, Segment) for precise and coherent tracking.Mindset & Affinities:Business Sense: You never lose sight of the final objective. A perfect data model is useless if it does not answer a concrete business question.Scientific Rigor: You know how to pose a hypothesis, define a success KPI, and analyze an A/B test while considering biases.You already have experience with ingesting tracking data (like Segment or GA4).
