As a guarantor of service quality, you intervene daily in a dynamic environment where responsiveness and reliability are daily responsibilities:Ensure the processing of alarms and oversee the commitment of intervention forcesManage calls to clients, police, and intervention teams effectively, in French and GermanControl and validate the commissioning and maintenance operations carried out in the fieldActively contribute to excellence ensuring the reception of alarmsHandle certain activities related to the customer lifecycle.
