This is a 100% long-term mission! As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and commercial operations of the company. This key role aims to modernize and enhance customer service by taking over and optimizing existing tasks. You will be at the heart of customer interactions, ensuring quality support while contributing to the evolution of processes and achieving sales objectives.Responsibilities include: - Managing the reception and processing of customer inquiries via email and phone.- Managing the order cycle: inventory, data entry in the X system, and additional tasks.- Coordinating delivery logistics and ensuring communication with the technical service for support.- Adapting technical databases related to the X system.- Collaborating with internal departments such as marketing and customer service.- Ensuring the renewal of contracts and following up with customers while promoting ongoing promotions.Requirements: - CFC in commercial work or first similar professional experience, seriousness, and good knowledge of Excel.- Proficiency in French and B2 level in German (ability to hold a conversation).To succeed in this role, your personal qualities should include: - Social responsibility - Intellectual curiosity Our recruitment process This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client wishes for all questions regarding the position to be directed to Academic Work.
