Organize the classification and archiving of documents while adhering to rules regarding the tracking of sick leaves, identifying missing documents, and performing necessary follow-ups. Record accidents and verify the accuracy of transmitted data. Forward documents to the relevant organizations and ensure the follow-up of files until their closure. Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for the proper processing of files. Maintain regular communication with insurance companies and external partners to ensure effective follow-up and compliance.Requirements:CFC in commerce, assistant in personnel management, or equivalent qualifications. Excellent rigor and attention to detail, ensuring the quality and compliance of processed data. Acute sense of confidentiality and strict respect for sensitive data. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong skills including file tracking and task management. Good command of standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good knowledge of SAP, which is an important asset for the position.
